It seems that, filmmaker Karan Johar is in no mood to spare anyone with his sensational revelations in his upcoming biographic book ‘An Unsuitable Boy’. After making disclosure about his rift with his one-time close friend and favorite co-star Kajol, the director has now spoken about his fight with actress Kareena Kapoor over some trivial issues.
Although, Karan and Kareena are best of buddies currently, the two did not talk or acknowledge each other for almost a year, after Kareena refused to come on board for Karan Johar’s production venture ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’. According to Karan, as the project was being helmed by debutante director Nikhil Advani, an assistant director to Karan, Kareena was not keen to be a part of the project. The reason being, Kareena had recently witnessed failure with ‘Mujhse Dosti Karoge’ which was directed by Aditya Chopra’s assistant Kunal Kohli.
Wanting to back out from the project, Kareena quoted a very high price from Dharma Productions, resulting in Karan Johar looking out for an alternative. This led to friction between Karan and Kareena who did not to each other for a year before finally patching up.
