Curvaceous Kajal Aggarwal is not feeling amused at all by questions hurled at her regarding her marriage.
Kajal, who looks younger than her 31 years of age, is on top of her trade in Tamil and Telugu films as she has been getting film offers top heroes in both the language film industries. After playing comeback megastar Chiranjeevi’s heroine in the recent hit film Khaidi No.150, she is now pairing up opposite Ajith Kumar in his upcoming film Vivegam.
“The usual trend is to pester actresses with questions about their marriage once they cross 30. I’m not at all amused by questions about my marriage. I just don’t understand why scribes and others are unduly worried about my marriage,” she said.
“I’m also not able to understand producers and directors’ attitude of not casting married heroines in lead roles in films. Acting is a profession and filmmakers should never bother about actresses’ marital status in providing them with challenging roles. Like women going to work after marriage, actress continue to work even after marriage; what’s the big deal about it?” she asks.
